Baby Browns is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the original price of purchase, or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original order. Call us at 877-356-BABY if you have questions.

We want to work with you! Baby Browns kindly asks that you return your purchase within 30 days. But we know sometimes with a baby, there are good reasons you can't get it back in that timeframe. If you aren't going to be able to send it back in 30 days, please let us know. We will try to be flexible! If the items are not returned within this timeframe, you may be assessed a 30% restocking fee, unless you have contacted us and we have issued you an RMA number. Why do we ask this? So we don't get items returned some crazy amount of time latter - like a year! (Yes, it happens!)

  • Please fill out our easy online return form to let us know it is coming back. Reference your RMA number in your package back to us.
  • Shipping costs back to Baby Browns are the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend that you insure packages being returned to us.
  • All returns must be in their in original resalable condition, including attached tags, for a full refund or exchange. If we determine an item has been used and/or doesn't have its tags, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, or will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your return.
  • Returns cannot be accepted on special order, personalized or close-out/sale merchandise. If these are returned, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a credit with actual shipping costs taken out.
