One day you are enjoying life - meeting friends for lunch, taking spur of the moment trips, and then wham-o it happens!  Parenthood. All the sudden you have a little someone counting on you for everything!  Even though it's scary at first, THIS is the most enjoyable part of life.

A little while ago I had the pleasure of visiting an elderly friend in a nursing home.  I brought my kids, and was a little frazzled at the noise they were making, and the general amount of confusion they added to the quiet place.  Then, one of the residents approached me and said, "Enjoy this time. It goes fast."  That made me stop and think. What good advice. We've started the Baby Browns blog as an effort to share our favorite ideas and things with you.  Our small effort to help all of us Moms enjoy this amazing ride!
