Return Policy
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, unless you have contacted us and we have issued you an RMA number.
  • Shipping costs back to Baby Browns is the customer’s responsibility.
  • All returns must be in their in original resalable condition, including attached tags, for a full refund or exchange. If we determine an item has been used, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, or will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your return.
  • Returns cannot be accepted on special order, personalized or close-out/sale merchandise. If these are returned, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • If you got free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a credit with actual shipping costs taken out.
